Alpha to Omega is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!
As all our items are bespoke to the client and have been approved before being printed it's not our normal policy to offer a refund or return. However we understand that in life things happen and we are always very happy for you to speak or email our friendly team.
1. Email Returns & Refunds or call 0845 225 280 with your order number and we will be happy to discuss any problems you have. If your item is defective or damaged in shipping please let us know within 24 hours. In all cases the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of his/her choice.
2. We do not accept any refunds or returns after 14 days from the shipping date.
3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping we require you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
4. To cancel an order please contact Alpha to Omega as soon as possible. If your order has not been placed into production we will immediately refund your payment. If it has been printed we are sorry but the order will stand.
5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
